LWotC changes it to lost will based on length of mission, and tells you up front if your class will be shaken, ie tired mechanic.
LW2 you lost will and we're shaken for taking damage.
It has minimal impact on the game, and only comes into play on long missions or if you have a very large number of wounded soldiers. The better game optimization alone should be enough but to answer your question.įatigue mechanic is just how they reworked will from LW2.
